On Sunday, March 9, former Ponderosa High School standout Tyler Stewart’s current college team, the Sacramento State Hornets, won 1-0 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Pacific Tigers.
The game took place at John Smith Field. This was their third matchup against the Tigers this season.
The Hornets’ next game is scheduled for Monday, March 10 at 6 p.m. at John Smith Field against Nevada Wolf Pack.
