On December 19, 2025, Senator Alvarado-Gil reached out to her constituents with a question about local tourism: “I’m sure many in my district will agree, what’s your favorite California travel destination?”
Later that same day, she addressed weather-related concerns in her district. On December 19, 2025, she wrote: “Flood advisories are starting to pop up around our district, CAL FIRE offers good advice on how to be prepared for severe storms”. CAL FIRE is the state agency responsible for fire protection and emergency response throughout California.
On December 20, 2025, Senator Alvarado-Gil acknowledged the anniversary of a military branch with the post: “Happy 6th Birthday to the United States Space Force! The newest branch of the most powerful military on earth!

Senator Alvarado-Gil has served as a member of the California State Senate since January 2023. Her district covers parts of Northern and Central California.
