On Friday, Feb. 28, former Ponderosa High School standout Tyler Stewart’s current college team, the Sacramento State Hornets, won 4-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the South Dakota State Jackrabbits.
The game took place at John Smith Field. This was their third matchup against the Jackrabbits this season.
The Hornets’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 1 p.m. at John Smith Field against South Dakota State Jackrabbits.
