On Saturday, March 22, former Ponderosa High School standout Payton Oas’ current college team, the Dominican Penguins, lost 2-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Hawaii–Hilo Vulcans.
The game took place at Penguin Field. This was their fifth matchup against the Vulcans this season.
The Penguins’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 26 at 12 p.m. at Penguin Field against Western Washington Vikings.
