On Saturday, March 29, former Ponderosa High School standout Brynn Escobar’s current college team, the Colorado Mesa Mavericks, won 6-5 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the CSU Pueblo ThunderWolves.

The game took place at CMU Softball Field. This was their first matchup against the ThunderWolves this season.

The Mavericks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 29 at 2 p.m. at CMU Softball Field against CSU Pueblo ThunderWolves.
