Of the 11,332 people living in Diamond Springs CDP in 2020, 50.8 percent (5,753) were women and 49.2 percent (5,579) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the West El Dorado News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 55. In the 65 and over age range, there were 1,566 females and 1,386 males.
