On Sunday, March 2, former Ponderosa High School standout Brynn Escobar’s current college team, the Colorado Mesa Mavericks, won 10-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Colorado Mines Orediggers.

The game took place at CMU Softball Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Orediggers this season.

The Mavericks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 12 p.m. at CMU Softball Field against New Mexico Highlands Cowgirls.
