On Sunday, Feb. 16, former Ponderosa High School standout Brynn Escobar’s current college team, the Colorado Mesa Mavericks, won 8-3 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Regis Rangers.
The game took place at CMU Softball Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Rangers this season.
The Mavericks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 22 at 12 p.m. at Assembly Athletic Complex against Metro State Roadrunners.
